CCleaner (CrapCleaner) analysiert Dateien auf der Festplatte und ermöglicht ein einfaches Löschen dieser "Mülldateien". Egal ob Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome oder Safari - Alle Browser hinterlassen einen Eingabeverlauf, Cookies, temporäre Dateien und eine History. Auf Dauer kommt so ein großer "Wollknäuel an Müll" zusammen der das System verlangsamen kann und auch unnötigerweise einiges an Speicherplatz in Anspruch nimmt.
